Lamborghini, one of the well known brands that produce super cars. The Gallardo Superleggera, a lighter and more powerful version of Gallardo would be a dream car of many Lamborghini fans.

Superleggera equiped with a 5.0 Liter V-10 engine that yield 523 bhp @ 8000rpm. Torque is the same as the Gallardo at 376 pound-feet @4250 rpm. The Superleggera used light weighted but super hard Carbon fiber which trimmed 126 pounds comparing to the regular Gallardo. According to Lambo., the increase of 11 horse power from upgrading the software and a larger intake manifold.

How much more does it cost to put all these upgrades to make this hard-core version of Lambo’s entry level super car? The price of a Superleggera is US$246,000 vs US$225,000 for a regular Gallardo.

Let’s compare this super car with Porsche GT3 RS

Porsche GT3 RS is equiped with a rear 3.6 Liter flat-6 engine that produce 415 bhp and 300 pound-feet. By looking at the specs, the Gallardo Supperleggera seems better than GT3 RS; however, in Top Gear, the most famous car show in British, Season 10 episode 1 did a road test of these 2 sweet super cars in Europe. The GT3 RS actually performs as fast as the Lambo with better fuel consumption. Superleggera has 23.8 gal fuel capacity that runs 11 MPG in City and 17 MPG on HWY, where GT3 has 17.7 gal tank and run 17 MPG in City and 24 MPG on HWY, although the owners would not care how much it would cost them to run their engines.

Both super cars are definitly head turners and it would be fun to see one drive by.

Protecting your personal information on Facebook has become a main concern lately after a few reports on the news that talk about someone could easily fish others personal information from facebook in just 15 minutes.

Protect yourself from being a victoms of any harm

Facebook allow you put your personal information: birthday, your mother’s maiden name, address, etc. You might want to restrict those information only disclose to the person you know or you would trust. Since such information is sensitive and it is strongly recommended you do not even allowing anyone would able to look at it. Secondly, do not accept “friend request” if you do not know that person. Their profile could be fake and they are trying to gather your information.

McDonald’s (Canada) Monopoly has started. It seems that I have McDonald’s more often when they have the Monopoly game every year. I think it is a very smart marketing technique; it’s not the prices that attracted me but it’s fun to peel the game pieces.

Almost every airlines have their travel reward programs; for instance, Air Canada offers Aeroplan, AAvantage from American Airlines, Asiamiles and Marcopolo Club from Cathay Pacific, etc.

Which travel reward program is the best of all?

In order to answer this question, you will need to answer the following questions: how frequent are you traveling in 2 or 3 years; which cities are you traveling the most; which airline will you travel the most; are you traveling alone or with friends and family.

Most travel reward programs are basically accumulate points by flying with its own airlines or their partnered carriers. There is no single reward program is the best, but there should be a program that is most suitable for you.

In General, most airlines are separated into 2 groups: One World, Star Alliance. If you are a member of a airline’s reward program, you will most likely will eligible to accumulate points by traveling with any carriers within the same group.

Howerver, each program has different rules in regards of points required to redeem tickets, expiry date on points accummulated, points allow to be transfered to another account or not, etc. You should join the reward program offered by the airline that you will travel the most, it is because you should be able to accummulate the most points from the travel; next if you are traveling with family or friends, all travelers should consider joinning the same reward programs that would allow points to be transferred to your friend’s or family’s at no or minimum cost, in this case, you will be able to redeem reward by grouping the points together, JAL Mileage Bank is a great example of this case, they offer Family Club which will allow you to pay USD30/Year to group all the points in the accounts of your direct family members. Last but not the least, if you are not traveling frequently and you predict that you would not be able to accummulate enough points to redeem air tickets; then you should look join the reward programs that would allow you to redeem gifts as well as tickets. There are different factors that you should consider before you decide which reward program you should join.

I would like to put a word of caution before you start. Allowing executable extensions would give you more freedom; however, it is less security on the other hand.
