For many newbie bloggers like me, driving traffics to the blog cause be very time consuming and costly. It would be ideal if there is an efficient way and cost us nothing in order to promote our blogs that are full of interesting and valuable articles to our readers.

I just discovered a site called BlogRush. It is a free service to help you get more readers to your blog. After you register for a free account, you will be given a code for the BlogRush Widget to place it on your blog. The idea of BlogRush is similar to link exchange, every time the BlogRush Widget is shown on your blog, you will gain 1 appearance to other blog’s BlogRush Widget. For example if the Widget is displayed 100 times a month, your blog will appear 100 times on other blog’s widget in that month.

That’s not it. If you invite your friends and if they signup as your referrals, whenever their blogs are being read, you will gain the credits as well as they do. In other words, if you blog is shown 100 pages a month and your referral, Peter’s blog is shown 100 pages a month; your blog will be listed on the widget for 200 times. You will be credited up to 10 referral levels.

With this service, your readers could easily be doubled every month :)

I believe most gamers would be very excited when Halo 3 came out. Microsoft Corp. last week said its “Halo 3″ video game rang up a record-smashing $170 million in retail sales within its first 24 hours in U.S. stores. The number means nothing to you? Lets compare the top grossing movie release, “Spider-Man 3,” racked up $151 million at the box office in its opening weekend. Now “That’s Amazing”

I just got Halo 3 yesterday and I think it’s a good game. I’ve never played Halo 1 & 2, I don’t know how much Halo 3 has improved comparing to the first two. I tried solo game and cooperative play, the graphics are awesome. I played custom match with my colleagues and Xbox live friends tonight, it was fun although I’m always getting the least scores in the matches, I still had fun.

It will keep me entertained until Call of Duty 4 comes out. =P

When I saw a Porsche 911 Turbo (as known as Carrera) the first time when I was 10, I fall in love with it, and it becomes my dream car. The model 911 has been in the market around 43 years. What made 911 so great? One thing that I like besides performance is the classic look. Porsche improves the look of 911 to be trendy without losing the classic look of the car. If you compare the models from 90s, 80s or even older, you will notice that the shape of the car looks alike.

Porsche is introducing their super car: The New 911 GT2. It has a 3.6L 6 cylinders engine which has 530 hp and 505 lb-ft. From 0 - 60mph only takes 3.6s and 0 - 100mph in 7.4s. The rear muffler and tailpipes of the GT2 are for the first time made of light titanium. Since it’s a rear engine and it’s important to reduce the weight on the rear axle.

GT2 has a completely newly designed expansion intake manifold which allow GT2 to have more power than the 911 Turbo when using the same engine. Like GT3, Porsche just made another racing car to be a street legel vechile.

I don’t know when GT2 will be available but I’m looking forward to see one driving by. ;)

My buddies and I have been planning for our November trip to Sapporo, Japan for months; and it’s time to finalize it, so I went to my travel agency to issue our air tickets.

We are taking Japan Airline from vancouver to Sapporo; however, we’ll have a transit at Tokyo, Japan as JAL only operate direct flights between Vancouver and Tokyo. We decided to stopover at Tokyo for 3 nights before we head to Sapporo.

We are going to stay at Sapporo for 5 days in 3 different hotels and one of them is the Japanese Spa resort.

Japan is well-known for its many volcanoes, and consequently there are a lot of hot springs (onsen) all over Japan. It is very relaxing to take a bath in hot springs, and Japanese people like to spend holidays in hot springs. There are many different kinds of hot springs depending on the amount and kinds of minerals in the water. The way of bathing in a hot spring is same as that of public bath. The baths are usually separated for women and men. You are supposed to take all your clothes off. Usually people do not wear bathing suit in hot springs in Japan. I’ve been Japan a few times and I love bathing in Hot springs.

I’m so excited cause it’ll be my first time visiting Saporro. :)

In Vancouver, driving in the winter isn’t fun. It rain almost everyday with very short daylight. I’m rolling in a 96′ VW Golf to and from work and the factory original Helogin headlight is so dim and I would like to get something brighter.

I’ve tried the “super white” helogin bulbs with 110W. It is alot brighter than the original 55W bulbs; however, it result in burning the headlight covers.

Last week, I was shopping on eBay.com and found out that there are HID Xenon Conversion Kits that I can easily install them myself and they cost less than a hundred bucks per pair. There are a few color tempreture options: 5000k (most OEM xenon color), 6000k, 8000k (bluish), 10000k, and 12000k (purplish). So I placed my winning bid on a 5000k kit and it came in to the mail a few days after the auction ended. It took me about 40 mins to install the kit without any rewiring.

I was supprised that the Xenon headline is so bright, and it’s only 35W and it is a lot brighter than the 110W helogin bulbs. I’m impressed how it is improving my night vision when I’m driving the in dark with rain during the winter. The 90 bucks and the 40 mins work was total worth it after all :)

WooHoo!! I’m pleased to announce that my Blog is launched. I’ll be posting articles to share my travel experience. In addition, I would like to share my experiences in fixing my car, and much more. Please stay tuned.
